Groups of 12 to 24 develop and commit to a three part strategy in a one day workshop:
1. A visual map and written assessment of today's internal operational weaknesses, external risks and threats
2. A visual map and written description of the ideal future vision
3. A visual map and written plan for overcoming obstacles and achieving the vision
