If staff doesn’t know the end-to-end picture, there will always be major defects


You know that quality is about process design and control, but, are all concerned clear about the end-to-end process?  Step A may optimize by cutting out a check, but what then happens to Step B?  How about keeping up to date and how are newcomers trained?  ..And, how do you keep the spirit of continuous improvement alive?   Lots of reasons to occasionally bring to bear the intense heat of a metaphor map!
