Training / certification is available to both in-house and commercial facilitators.

Certificate

 There are two certification methods:

1. Associate Facilitator Certification – via web

This certification method is available to highly experienced facilitators.  It’s used when an in-house facilitator is not able to attend a Master Class and when smaller professional services firms and experienced individual consultants cannot practically attend an open certification session.  The Associate level is upgraded to Master status following a de-brief of the facilitator’s first two workshops and the facilitator may then choose to be listed on the MLRC web site as Master Certified.  The following core components may vary by circumstances:

A. Introductory telephone or video conversation

B. Candidate’s receipt and review of Certification Resources

  1. Web site

    2. eBooks
    3. Applications
