My goal is to continue the work of empowering teams to own their own strategy, neutralizing “Expert Smugness”—both within client cultures and the consulting process itself—ensuring that visions created in the conference room live on the front line.

A proven 5-step system for achieving 100% stakeholder alignment through an energetic,  disciplined workshop process. For global groups with high-complexity challenges, this is typically delivered as an intensive two-day workshop.
